The Road to
Ministry
“It all started when I was in my
teens but God needed to do
some work on me!” After being turned down for ordi
nation in my early twenties I decided to work hard and involve myself wherever possible in church
life. The call never seemed to go
away until eventually I was collared
by my vicar. Two years later, after
lots of prayer and a grilling by the
C of E selection committee our
lives were to change. College was
great fun, hard work and at times a
spiritual battlefield. Curacy in
Ripley also followed that format.
What is my passion? The local
church changing the atmosphere
towards Jesus.
