St Mary's
The Church was built in 1873 and has had many
improvements made during the last five years. Worship is generally of a
freer, more charismatic nature and laity are fully involved. After all main services there is an opportunity for prayer, to be prayed with or for, by members of the Prayer Ministry Team. There is a
music group, drama group and children's work. There is a strong commitment to small group
ministry within the Home Groups which meet each week to study the Bible and pray together. Various teaching groups run regularly such as Alpha, START! or Emmaus. Preparation is regularly held for Baptism, Confirmation and Marriage. More information is available from the vicar on 01773 590529.

Sunday School
Children are always welcome in church during the service. We also run a
Sunday School during term-time in the St Mary's Centre. Children start
off in church and go out with leaders part-way through the service. They
are brought back in to church again before the service ends. All
children stay in church on the 1st Sunday of the month for our 'all-age'
family service with the opportunity of joining-in in various ways. The
Chancel offers the opportunity of being used as a creche if you wish. A
glass screen and speakers means the the service can be seen and heard
and books and toys are available.
Children@Church (4-11's)

make it fun too! Parents are welcome to sit in and wait.Refreshments are
available. It is held in the church and is free!
